Rick DeMuro has been with Ford Motor Company for 32 years, after starting at the Cleveland Engine Plant in 1977. He has been part of many significant achievements at Ford, including the development and implantation of a Direct Data Link with the suppliers in 1988; the development and implementation of Supplier Capacity Planning in 2001. In the last 4 years, he has taken on the opportunity and the challenges of the growing Asia-Pacific markets as the Material Planning and Logistics Director for Ford.

Shen Jinjun’s responsibilities have included managing auto distribution in the State Materials General Bureau, Materials Ministry of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Internal Trade of the People’s Republic of China.
He is well experienced and has been involved in this field for many years

Mr. Wang joined GM in China in 1996 and has been working in iogistics since then. With almost 15 years experience, Mr. Wang has helped and supported various GM JVs in China in logistics planning, sourcing and operations. Mr. Wang was also Logistics Manager for GM India for eighteen months. Currently, Mr. Wang is the Logistics Manager for GM China.

Carrie Zhang is an international manager in Logistics and Supply Chain Management with extensive working experiences in China, France, South Korea, and the USA. Carrie received her MBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management. Carrie is a Certified Supply Chain Professional by APICS, she is also Certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS, and Certified in Transportation and Logistics by AST&L. In her current role, Carrie is responsible for day to day leadership of Delphi Asia Pacific Logistics.

Zhang Xiaodong obtained his doctorate in transport planning and management from the Beijing Jiaotong University in 2003.
In addition to being a lecturer at the university, he is the executive director of the Beijing Logistics Association, executive director of the China Automobile Logistics Association of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and a member of the Chinese Logistics Inter-Ministerial Joint Committee of Experts.
His research expertise includes modern logistics system planning and management, supply chain management and transport and logistics marketing

Ms Zhang has five years of supply chain experience in the automotive industry. He role is to optimize the supplier supply chain from a cost, operational and information perspective.

He Liming has held posts as vice director-general of Personnel Department in the Ministry of Materials and Equipment, vice director-general of Personnel Department in the Ministry of Internal Trade, and general manager of China Non-Ferrous Metal Materials. Furthermore, he has also been Board Chairman of Dongfang Metal Company, which is part of the Chengtong Group, and secretary general of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing

Dr. Martin Lockström serves as Research Associate and Director of the BMW-SMI Centre for Purchasing and Supply Management at China European International Business School in Shanghai. He also serves as Senior Representative at Supply Management Institute China. His main interests primarily concern global sourcing strategy, offshoring and international management.

Steven Chang is currently the Chang An Ford Mazda FCSD Director in China. Prior to this assignment, he was the Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Service in Ford Motor Company, Taiwan, and the VP of Automotive Customer Service Group in Ford Motor Company, Taiwan. Previously, he has been granted by "TOP 100 MVP Manager Award in 2009", "NTL TOP 10 Manager Award in 2004", and "Service Excellence Award in 2004" respectively.

Gerry is a business leader with expertise in the supply chain and procurement areas with over 14 years experience in senior functional industry and consulting positions across Europe and Asia.
He currently leads IBM’s Supply Chain Management services line for Greater China and through the years he has delivered projects or advised companies such as Ford Motor Co, Geely, Chemical China, UK Ministry of Defense, Volvo, Caterpilar and others on supply chain and procurement optimization areas. Gerry is also a trusted advisor to CPOs and procurement executives in China. Gerry holds an MBa from London CASS Business School and a BSc form Aston university, he has been living and working in China since late 2006.

David has over 20 years of automotive supply chain experience. He currently is the Asia Pacific Automotive Sector Leader for CEVA Logistics based in Shanghai. David has worked for General Motors as Director of Intercontinental Logistics, Vector SCM as Managing Director Asia Pacific and as Sales Director for Covisint LLC. He has a BA in supply chain from Michigan State University and a MBA from Wayne State University.

Ms Qin has ten years experience in the import and logistics business, and six years with Porsche.

Dan Roovers is an 18 year-industry veteran with extensive experience in implementing reusable packaging for OEMs. As account manager for Ford Motor Company, he manages and coordinates all aspects of Ford¹s conversion from expendable to reusable packaging. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State University.

After his apprenticeship as a forwarding merchant, Michael worked for an international forwarder. In 1985 he worked for E.H. Harms Group, which was integrated into BLG Logistics Group in 2002. He is currently responsible for marketing and sales as well as forwarding in the Automobile Division. He is also responsible for the markets in China.

For CN, Sean is responsible for integrating opportunities in Asia for CN’s North American railway and logistics franchise. Sean is additionally responsible for CN Worldwide International’s sales and operations in Asia including its operations in China. With 25 years experience at CN, Sean has held a variety of positions including Director of International Sales for CN’s Intermodal business unit.

Travis has 24 years of transportation & logistics experience and 20 years with Southern Pacific and Union Pacific railroads. He joined Union Pacific in 1996 and has held various marketing and Sales positions. Travis joined the Automotive team in late 2006 and currently holds the position of Senior Business Director. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration

Jean-Luc Guenard is a supply chain executive with extensive international packaging management experience, with primary responsibility for business development and supply chain management of the China Automotive Business Unit of CHEP. His achievements include spearheading the set up of CHEP’s China Automotive operations in 2006, developing packaging management and container pooling solutions for several vehicle assembly plants and tier 1 suppliers. Prior to the China assignment, Jean-Luc worked for CHEP in Europe and launched the CHEP business operations in Central & Eastern Europe. Jean-Luc holds an MA in Logistics and an MBA from ESCP Europe.

Richard Ma is Vice-President and Head of Commercial at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics China, with responsibility for marketing and sales.
Prior to joining WWL, Richard worked in a China state-owned shipping agency company and a global logistics company, and he has almost 20 years experience in the shipping industry across shipping agency, chartering, air/sea freight forwarding and terminal management. Richard holds one Master’s Degree from Dalian Maritime University China and another Master’s Degree from Liverpool John Moores University UK. Richard is currently living and working in Shanghai.

Dr. Jörg Mosolf holds an Executive MBA from the University St. Gallen and a doctorate
in Economical Sciences. In 2002 he was nominated Chairman of the Management Board
and Managing Director of Horst Mosolf. He is a member of the steering committees of the German Verkehrsforum, DSLV and AML.

Thomas is a seasoned logistics executive with a more than thirty years of experience. He has held country management, regional and global positions with companies such as Circle International (today CEVA through the EGL acquisition), Panalpina and lately UTi.

Mr. Wysocki has served as Chief Executive Officer of United Road since 2003 and is responsible for articulating and executing the Company's vision as well as setting the Company's unique culture.
Wysocki is a seasoned transportation expert with over 34 years of transportation experience. Between 2000 and 2003 he served as the President of the Company's Transport Business Unit. Mr. Wysocki founded MPG Transco, Ltd., and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from inception until MPG was acquired by United Road in 1999.
