He then moved to Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation before joining Siemens, now Continental, in Singapore

    Prior to joining Ford, Randy worked for the SPX Corporation, and before that, with Johnson Controls. He holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, and a Masters in Public Administration (Strategic Management). Randy set up the operation in January 2005 in Shanghai as part of Ford's China Sourcing office. His team is responsible for sourcing and distributing genuine Ford parts and Motorcraft parts.

    David has almost 20 years of broad experience in the logistics field as both a 3PL and a shipper. He is currently global logistics manager for the Asia Pacific. Previously based at the U.S. headquarters of John Deere, he was responsible for global transportation and was most recently head of logistics for John Deere in Europe. He holds a degree from Wheaton College in Illinois USA and an MBA from Arizona State University.

He has established a complete logistics system at Volvo Trucks China, including production planning; shipping; customs clearance and warehouse and distribution. He graduated with an Advanced Diploma for Strategic Managers in Logistics (awarded by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, UK).
